How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
It depends, but in most cases carpets are dry within 1-2 hours. Our state of the art machine extracts most of the water, combined with our industrial blowers; we will have your carpets dry very quickly.
Will I have to move the furniture?
No, we would ask you to remove small breakable objects, but we can move large items and also work round most items if needed, but again, we talk you through all of this at the pre-inspection stage.
I have heard that carpets can get dirty quicker once they have been cleaned. Is this true?
Yes, if not cleaned correctly. This only happens if the carpets have a sticky residue (attracts dirt) left on them, which we never ever do (our eco-friendly products are detergent free). Also, if somebody who cleans them just uses a basic cleaning process (for example, only uses an extraction machine) we never do this, as it only cleans the surface dirt, leaving dirt in the pile, so when stood on, the dirt lying beneath, rises to the top. We use our 10 step cleaning process, which gets your carpet clean all the way down to the pile/backing. There is no dirt left to rise to the surface.

We recommend having stain protection as the protector we use not only protects your carpets from spills and dried dirt, it also make cleaning easier, maintains the appearance and also extends the life of the treated carpet/upholstery, as it replenishes all vital oils back into your carpets/upholstery. It will make your carpets last longer.
